The Devil And Tom Walker

I infer from this story that a person known by the name Kidd pirate barried a treasure under or behind a tree. Peolpe think that the devil is the person who takes care or protects the treasure. And then some day somebody found the big treasure who might have been poor and really needed the money.

    Maria,
    This is a start but I need you to do this for all of the characters and then tell me if you are using direct or indirect characterizations based on what the author wrote. This should turn out to be at least 12 to 15 sentences in length if done completely. Go back in and edit so you can add more. Also, there is a misspelled word in the 1st line.
